Gutters & Drainage Check
We confirm water is leaving your roof the way it should: gutter condition, downspout flow, and granule accumulation that signals shingle wear.
Attic & Ventilation Check
Where access allows, we look under the deck for moisture, daylight, and ventilation problems that shorten a roof's life from the inside.
Storm Damage Assessment
Hail strikes and wind-lifted shingles get identified and measured — the evidence your insurance carrier needs if a claim is warranted.
Photo Documentation
Timestamped photos of everything we find, good and bad. If you file a claim, this documentation is yours to submit.
Written Findings & Estimate
A plain-English summary of your roof's condition and remaining life, with a no-obligation written estimate for any recommended work.
Free inspections cover storm damage assessments, insurance claims, and repair or replacement estimates. Pre-purchase and certification inspections carry a flat fee, quoted upfront.
